Eating for TWO!

So I havent gained weight im always the same weight but my baby is indeed growing I eat enough like for dinner I ate fried chicken, cabbage, broccoli w.cheese, & yams :) im full! but I dnt take "eating for two" seriously im trying to avoid gainging excessive weight & streatch marks because before I got pregnant I felt very insecure of myself because of my weight...im I being selfish towards my baby?

The only time you would excessively gain weight is if you're excessively eating. If you do put on a little baby weight that's all it is is baby weight. After you have your baby the weight will come off. When you see women who still look pregnant that's because they "ate for 2" lol. Don't worry you're fine

I mean I have lost 34 pounds

I eat 3-6 times more than I did before I got pregnant and have gained 34 pounds woth the baby growing at a healthy rate.

You don't need to eat for two. I hate when people say that to me haha. You baby only needs 300 extra calories a day which is like a yogurt and an apple extra a day. You're eating just fine. You don't need to gain a lot during pregnancy.
