Breastfeeding prolongs the amount of time before you ovulate, so I'm sure you're fine.. oh and, 5-15 minutes of Sun with your baby girl a day is enough time to take place of that supplement vitamin D you're giving her.. you're going an all natural method by breastfeeding which is healthy for her, a quick walk outside with her is sufficient enough to not have to give her the supplement drops.

I never heard of that until this time. I didn't start any birth control until my daughter was four months old. I was exclusively breastfeeding which can suppress ovulation. But it's not a foolproof method. When I started feeding her solids I started birth control. If you're breastfeeding I wouldn't be too terribly concerned but I would use a condom for sanity!
