Eating right?

Is anyone having problems with not wanting to eat? Before I was pregnant I ate about twice a day. But now I've tried to make a conscious effort to eat three times a day plus a snack right before bed. I started having problems a while ago with getting nauseated after I get hungry if i don't eat right then. Then just recently I started getting cold sweats and dizziness.  I saw my doctor yesterday and apparently I've lost the 5 pounds I had originally gain when I first got pregnant.(16 weeks now) My doctor now has me eating 6 times a day whether I'm hungry or not with a high concentration of protein. I'm not a health nut but I try to make healthy choices and I was eating when I got hungry. Is there anyone else who just isn't hungry??

Bump. It's nice to not be the only one. I feel kinda guilty that I was causing my own problems and had absolutely no idea.
