Eating so much I'm literally tired of eating...

I'm 7 weeks and 1 day and I am literally starving all the time, unless I just completely stuff myself... it's like I'll be full and content and then have to go to the bathroom and I'll be hungry again, and it makes me nervous because I feel like I'm already gaining so much weight, I've already gained 3 pounds, idk if that's healthy or not?? Then I get nauseous all the time but I'm still hungry it makes it worse. I'm literally getting tired of eating.

Mio is a water enhancer, you can probably get it in your local Wal-Mart or walgreens, any drug stores that sell drinks and stuff, its a little grey bottle, if you get the energy kind its black, you can get the normal flavors like cherry, or you can get a sweet tea flavor, it helps a lot

You should be drinking 64 ounces of water a day! But trust me ladies I'm 32 weeks and noting stops me from eating what I want! Lol NOTHING. I'm literally craving Taco Bell and a slurped now, yet I didn't have that problem in my first trimester. I threw up everything and anything up till my 20th week.

And it doesn't matter how much water I drink, I'm still hungry. And I really try to snack and eat on healthy things but nothing satisfies me

Typically you should be eating 6 small meals a day. Just trade in the bag of chips for some almonds. If you eat healthier you won't be as hungry. And drink a lot of water, usually when your body thinks it's hungry it's really just thirsty!
