Eating sushi while pregnant?
I'm 28 wks pregnant. Is it bad to eat sushi?
Not in the USA.. all sushi here is FDA required to be partially cooked. The fish requirements reguarding type and quantity still apply though so consume fish in moderation.
As long as there is no raw fish its ok, ive been sticking to vegetarien california rolls, not quite the same as full out sushi but geta the job done for now haha
