Today went as followed..got five hours of sleep, drove in a hot car, ate chicken, beef hotdogs, and watermelon, went swimming in a lake, ran around while we were all having a food fight, and now i'm feeling the price of wanting to feel young again. My feet are so sore and my eyes can barely stay open. I'm only 8 Weeks..should I be feeling this tired or did I take it to far with running? I feel fine right now, just sleepy.
