am i actually sick or is this morning sickness?

I'm 14w+3d and I haven't been much sick throughout my pregnancy and I have only had nausea but last night I can't eat food it makes me when to throw up. TMI sorry but without eating I have a strong feeling in my chest and it hurts kinda like none stop heartburn and its annoying and I just want to cry. I'm suppose to be eating because I have low blood sugar but I can't eat help!

Okay thank you! I will definitely talk to her at my next appointment. I haven't gained any weight yet. I go back and fourth from 131-136 and I can't go any higher. And I'm not a very big girl but I'm not small. Thanks for your answer!! Its just I was so happy I didn't have any sickness. Now I wish it stayed that way!!

You may want to talk to your doc. I know at 14 weeks most people who have had morning sickness will see it start to go away but if the idea of food makes you want to puke you may be a late bloomer lol. Some girls bodies take longer to notice the change in hormones which is actually what causes the sickness. Try eating lots of small meals throughout the day of fruit or fruit sauce that's what helped me :) I had hyperemesis which made it to where I couldn't eat or drink or even brush my teeth without puking! I had to be in the hospital and receive infusion care, and I lost almost 30 lbs instead of gaining any weight at all during my first trimester. Now I am 16 weeks and I am eating normal for the most part but for some reason I am still loosing weight :/ which is not healthy considering that my body should be trying to play catch up instead of continuing the way it's been. I don't even exercise!!! So talking to your doc is the best way to go and the anti nausea meds they prescribe help tons too
