Sometimes you progress so fast you can not get epidural so my advice would be dont totally rely on it..
.i had both mine natural but i wanted epi for the first n could due to what i previosly mentioned...everything was fine but u have to get in tune and control of your body and emoteions..once i figured out that i can do that i didnt even think about epi with my second..dont plan on it with this one either.

I would suggest keeping an open mind. Plenty of women can go without, and some think they can but don't know how they are going to feel until they are actually going through it. I planned on not getting one, ended up getting one, pushed for 3 hours then ended up needing a csection. You never know how the birth is going to play out, so just keep an open mind :)
An epidural hurts for a second, but not as much as your contractions and you get relief almost immediatley.
I have absolutely NO pain tolerance but ive heard you can get paralyzed if you move?! Thats why im really scared :(
