Headaches are a common side effect of pregnancy in the second trimester because of the increased blood volume. Make sure to drink lots of water and if the headaches get to unbearable, take some Tylenol.

I started to get a lot of headaches around the same time as well. It was  a combination or not drinking enough water and eating sugary things (since the sugar absorbs the water in your system). Try drinking more water especially when you know you'll be eating something sweet. I didn't like water very much either. It was really hard for me to get even 8 cups down in a day but I started to add cucumber or lemon or mint and it helped a lot. Good luck!

High sodium can cause headaches as well. Just try to drink plenty water, change positions slowly, and u can take extra strength tylenol for the pain. Also use cold or warm compresses for comfort

Drink more water, try eating if you're getting them when you haven't ate for a while. If you haven't been drinking caffeine for a while try a a cup of coffee or even better, a cup of tea. If you drink a lot of caffeine try cutting down and increase water. Last resort, tylenol. I've been having the same problem since about 6 weeks, and I'm 16 weeks this week.
