Do epidurals hurt? And is there any side effects after ?

Saw on the news couple weeks ago that epidurals are causing back pain through time because it punctures a nerve but I can't remember exactly what it said

No you don't feel a thing it works really fast its some strong medicine. Some women have bad backs from taking the shot including me but its nothing Tylenol cant relieve

Nope didn't hurt one bit. They numb you. You'll just feel a odd pulling sensation and some pressure, but it didn't hurt. I had no side effects either times and I plan to do it this time to.
