I have the gel capsules should I take them orally or poke a hole in them and insert them. And how many should I do? I'm in early stages of labor and 38 weeks what do I do to promote effacing and dialaton helpppppp
I been taking them since 34 weeks . I take 1 orally and 2 vaginally .. I'm 37 weeks now and I already see the baby has dropped , I've been having Braxton hicks and now I just have to wait until I go to the doctor in 4 days to see if they're really working !
