Evening Primrose oil???
I started using evening primrose oil yesterday and I wanted to know how long it took for the ladies that have tried it to see any effects.
I have the 1300mg tablets and I have been doing 3 in the day and 3 at night. I haven't noticed any changes and last week I was having contractions but no dilation and I haven't lost my mucus plug. I'm 38 weeks now.

I did ask and my midwife said if she checked me it wouldn't change anything so she said I didn't need it.
Well they said they won't check my cervix again until I go into l&d because they think it's pointless so I just want to go into labor already.
I've been using 4 vaginally every other night. Not sure if they've helped or not but last week I was dilated at 0 & this week at 1
