help migrane

I've been having the worst migrane of all times today I drink a lot of water what else can I do

You're only allowed 600mg of Tylenol. Try a Benadryl and go to sleep. Stay away from hot baths, being in pain raised your blood pressure so a bath would only make it worse.

I have taken 2 extra strength 500mg tylenol before and went to the doctor the baby was fine and so was I. My mother in law said to take 2.

And when I say 2 and 1 I mean separately not at once

My doctor said i could take 2 regular tylonal and only one extra strength just because it's hard on the baby

Its extra strength 500mg each.

I'm not sure of the dosage but I took the extra strength and was fine and so was baby

A little caffeine, you can have up to 200 mg.
Or tylenol.

Did you take any Tylenol?  I used to get them bad in my first trimester and Tylenol was my savior!
