Excessive???

So, I just entered in my weight on this app and it told me that my weight gain is excessive. I've gained 25lbs this whole pregnancy. I'm 35 weeks. Are they right about it being excessive?

You're supposed to gain up to 35 through your whole pregnancy for it to be considered normal, but it depends on your previous weight and your body and stuff. As long as your doctor doesn't say anything you're fine

I gained a lot with my first nearly double my weight from 100lbs to 182 with my first..now I was underweight the first Time so my doc wasn't concernd. Gained 40lbs with my second and doc had no concerns as well. I wouldn't say 20-30lbs is excessive. Don't worry especially if your doc hasn't mentioned anything

Im 31 weeks and have gained 17lbs and it also told me that was excessive. My doctor hasn't said it was a problem. If your doctor is not concerned about your weight gain i think you should be fine.
