Exhaustion

What are some useful ways to get more energy. I get 8+ hours of sleep every night. My job involves constant moving so the excercise part isn't the issue. I drink water when I can. I just don't understand what I'm doing so wrong to the point of me not being able to wake up and get even a little ounce of energy. :/

That's how I was during my 1st trimester. But now I'm reaching the end of my 1st, and fatigue is definitely lessening up. Just sleep as much as possible (I would sleep 12+hrs). Eat breakfast right when you wakeup. Everyone's different. But that's what worked for me.

Well if u r in ur first trimester then sence u stay busy the tiredness should go away soon. As soon as my first trimester was over i woke up one day and had tons of energy and have had ever since and am 32 weeks now. I love it! I get up at 5 to read my bible with hubby then cook breakfast and fix lunch then go to work all day when i get off i clean my house and cook and still never get tired at the end.

It was like that for me during the first trimester and nothing helped. But it got easier when I entered the second trimester and now I feel pretty normal except that I still fall asleep pretty early (latest 9.00pm) and have a little difficulty pulling myself out of bed in the mornings to get ready for work. Hang in there dear. Hopefully, you'll be back to normal in a few weeks.

You aren't doing anything wrong hun...you're pregnant. And it will only get worse the further along you get. Take your vitamins and stay as active as possible but make sure you are taking breaks when you need them. Baby comes first!
