Expired Food

so I got a Swiss roll out of the cabinet for a snack and I thought it was good. So I came to my room ate one roll and it tasted funny, so I went to look at the box. It said sell by August 27 2014. So obviously it's expired. What do I do? I'm scared I hurt my baby. I'm 34 weeks today.

Your baby will be okay whether you throw it up or not :)

& that swiss roll will not enter your baby's system . . . He's not eating what you eat! He may get a taste of certain things but your food does not enter his mouth .

I wouldn't worry too much. If it didn't taste funny or look weird I think it's fine.

Thank you. I went and poured me a glass of cold milk thinking that may help. If I don't throw it up, I'm guessing my baby will still be okay?

It's not expired. ..
That's the date the store needs to remove it off of the shelves by.
Doesn't mean it's not any good... You're fine.

It won't hurt your baby.
Most likely your baby won't llikeit and will force you to throw it up.
