U can have up to 200 mg of caffine a day and an average can of mt dew has abt 90. They prefer u to not drink it tho. I try to stay away from lunchmeat. Any meat must be fully cooked along with eggs. Just anything u would question before u were pregnant dont eat it. No unpasturized cheeses.

Make sure you warm lunch meat up, its bacteria on it that can cause miscarriage !

No raw or undercooked foods, sushi, soft cheeses aka feta, brie. Deli meats or sub sandwiches unless you heat the meat to 165 to fully get rid of any bacteria. Caffeine. Certain teas and herbs. Those are just a few.
