I have had nausea the whole six months of my pregnancy but around 20 weeks mine finally eased up some. I always had saltine crackers at my bed side and ate a couple before I would even sit up.and also keeping at least a little something in my stomach at all times helped. My doctor gave me Zofran and that helped a lot too.
