Yeah I defo agree get down on the floor and try to put your head as low as poss.. And just lie/sit until the feeling passes
I have fainted a few times. Now what I do is when I start to feel lightheaded and dizzy, just kneel down to the grown. For some reason being low to the ground helps me.. (:
I have always been prone to fainting due to being anemic so easily.. When I got pregnant it got worse and I fainted more.. I started taking iron capsules and pre natals with iron.. Sorted me right out :) pregnancy is soi hard on your body sometimes lol
