Yes I can barely stand up for long periods of time without feeling like I'm going to faint. My doctor told me to not stand in one spot & make sure I eat right

I had horrible timing with my fainting spells last pregnancy. I was always really sick with morning sickness and once I passed out while on the stairs and fell down half of them. Woke up at the bottom of the stairs so confused. It's an unfortunate thing but also a bit normal. The amount of blood  in your body is increasing and that is usually what causes it. If it happens a lot you should  definitely go in and get some blood work done. But if it's just once in a while just try and be safe and bring it up at your next doctors visit.
