False Labor.

Is having a lot of false labor a sign that you will go into labor soon? I know Braxton Hicks are supposed to prepare your body for labor, but I keep having them more and more frequently. They last for like 30 minites, go away for a while, and then come back. Does this mean in getting closer to real labor?

My tummy is tired! Lol. I've got kidney stones kicking my butt right now too, so it is hard to tell what is hurting at times. It is funny at work because I will make faces when I get the pains, or walk funny without realizing it. I am just glad to be at home in bed now.

When u have a real contraction you cant sit, stand, think, breathe, ur just like "oh hell thats a contraction" and seriously a 30second one feels like its hitting your body forever. It takesover ur thoughts. Does for me anyway

You will know because you won't be able to speak or walk through the real contractions.
I'm having Braxton hicks all the time since week 28 , I'm 38 now.  Relax,  drink water,  take s bath (not too long tho)... Go to pee all the time :)
Also be glad you are having Braxton hicks because I read somewhere  that who has them a lot then the real contractions will be more efficient and labour won't last very long :-)

Not at all lol. Ive been in false labor since I lost my plug at 35+4 im 40+5 now lol. I am 75% and 3cm dilated and I have contractions 3min apart but since they wont move my cervix more they have left me til tomorrow a.m. to be induced. Ive been sent home 2x told I was in labor but iy didnt matter since my cervix wouldnt move more. Your body is probably just gearing up. Maybe you will go into labor soon though, get luckier than ive been lol :)
