False negative/false positive

So I took a pregnancy test by Clearblue(the week estimator) and it said negative. So to double check because I thought the test was wrong I took another of the same test a couple days later. It keeps switching from not pregnant to pregnant (it's an electronic test) so I have absolutely nooo clue what the answer is. It has me and my boyfriend stressed out. Please help.

Try a few cheaper tests maybe? I found out i was pregnant by a cheap 88cent test from walmart. Then reconfirmed it with a equate pregnancy test.

Get a blood test done that is the only sure way to know if you are pregnant or not

Go in to a family doc and ask them to do a pregnancy test you might even be able to get blood test. That's the best way to know for sure.

I don't have a doctor sadly. So I don't know where I could get a blood test.

Just use a different brand and hopefully that will work out

False negatives are much, much more common than false positives. HPT test for the pregnancy hormone HCG. In order for you to get a positive on a hpt you need to have that pregnancy hormone present in your body. With that being said, you can be very very early in your pregnancy, or you may have had an early miscarriage.

I agree with the other ladies though. If I were you I would try a different test. (Try first response early detection) Or you can go to your local clinic and get a blood test.

You can get a blood test done also if you are near a planned parenthood

I say buy the non negative ones. That way you can see if u have a faint blue line (which is an early yes). The regular one showed positive that same day I took an electronic one and it said no and then I took 2 more regular ones and they all came yes
