Thank you everyone! I always feel better after talking to people on here... I was taking vitamins but it made everything worse. I'm really sensitive to food odors right now and that is half the problem. I'm afraid to eat anything now. I'm gonna try the ginger and pops. I'm happy that I'm sick because I wasn't feeling anything before besides cramps and I was worried. Thanks again :)

I too had morning sickness day and night, it was horrible, the only thing i could eat was soup and salad. I didnt really do anything, but deal with it, and it finally went away after about 4 months through the pregnancy.. hang in there, its all worth it and the sickness will pass before you know it!!

this may be a strange way of thinking...  but, I would look at morning sickness as a blessing.  When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had HORRIBLE morning sickness.  When I had miscarriages, I didn't have any.=(    The last miscarriage it really bothered me that I wasnt feeling sick (before it happened).

sorry you are miserable, but I wish I was too.

ginger  (ale or ginger candies)  Mints....

Sorry you feel so bad.  it will be worth it in the end.  Are you taking prenatals?  They made me feel sicker when I was pg with my daughter.  My doc had me switch to flintstone vitamins until I felt better.

Try to move slowly.  This too shall pass.  usually right at the ond of your first trimester.

I had the same thing till about last week...I cudnt keep anything down even water...I had to go to ER one night coz of passing out..I tried ginger ale, preggie pops, Zofran ( that dissolves ) i mean everything..nothing worked and i was getting worse everyday...My doc then prescribed me Zofran ( oral ) and promethazine back to back...i mean Zofran every 6 hrs and Promethazine every 4 hrs...it really helped..this week im feeling much better..i can eat and drink now...im still taking Zofran and stopped the Promathezine...its not good to vomit like this...my doc told me Dehydration can cause contraction..which is not good..also try Gatorade drinks instead of water..even chew on ice chips..that helped me lil bit...but also talk to your doc and ask if they can prescribe you something for vomiting...also keep liquid diet for sometime...i was on just Gatorade for 2 weeks...hope this helps...keep yourself hydrated even if you are vomiting everything....let us know...take care
