I only ever like the chicken burgers.. but since we cant eat mayo no fast food really tastes good now
But im the same, always feel terrible after eating mcdonalds..preg or not lol!
Moderation, moderation. As long as the majority of your diet is healthy, an occasional splurge on fast food is fine, even if you're not sticking to the 'healthy' options. Sometimes you just need to be naughty so being healthy isn't such a chore!
Honestly, all I craved at the beginning was mc donalds now I eat it every so often.
My first craving for like 3 weeks (seemed like I couldn't get enough) was KFC's mashed potatoes and gravy lol
Ive actually gone off maccas since Ive been pregnant. Its just not that tasty and feels wrong eating it. Im more of a kfc girl lol. But I cant eat their chicken pieces cause theyre way too fatty makes me gag.
I think every once in awhile is okay. When I go out for fast food I usually try to get healthier things. If I crave mc donalds I always get a chicken sandwich and a parfait. And Wendys the grilled to go wraps they're amazing and only a dollar. Jack in the box I don't eat it. They don't have many healthy options that I enjoy there. But just keep in to a minimum it's okay to indulge sometimes. Plus I think you're going through one of the hardest things right now why not treat yourself a tiny bit.
I wouldn't eat it often, try to avoid any processed foods.
