I spent my entire 1st trimester sleeping lmao. I'm talking waking up at 7:30 to see my boyfriend off to work, letting the dog out, and then sleepin on the couch until noon. And then eating something small and sleeping on the couch from about 2 until he got home. And then doing dinner and falling asleep on him on the couch at 7, 7:30. Then moving to the bedroom when the movie ends.

The. Entire. First. Trimester.

Lol of you can, and your body needs it, sleep! :) it's totally normal to have exactly 0 energy.

I'm a FTM, currently 18+2 . I had the low energy throughout the first trimester it didn't matter how much sleep I got through the night. I was constantly tired, didn't feel like doing anything. Def got more of my energy back once I started my 2nd trimester, even hitting the gym again.
