Fear of Miscarriage

I'm 19 and just found out I'm 5weeks pregnant. I was a bit in shock but have accepted it. Now I'm terrified something might go wrong with my baby and I'll loose it. I need some sort of guidance on whether or not this is a normal fealing.

I'm 36 almost 37 weeks and I was just like you were. I cried all the time anytime I felt a little cramp or something because I was so scared of something happening and I'm still scared of something happening. It does ease over time but never fully goes away

Yes its totally normal one of the first signs of mommy instincts kicking in to be concerned about there baby . When I first found out about my pregnancy I was in shock as well. So I become a Googler lol which lead to me taking my basal temperature everyday until I was 12 weeks. With that a pregnancy test every week sound extreme right? Lol I wish I could go back in time and stop my spending spree. But my mind was put at ease when I heard his heartbeat at 14 weeks. Now I'm 31 weeks and can't wait to finally meet my little prince. Congrats by the way I hope you have a healthy pregnancy!

It's completely normal to feel that way. Every pregnant woman worries about that.  I'm 37 weeks and worries still pop in my head sometimes. Just don't stress out too much. Also, the risk of miscarriage drops after 12 weeks.
