Feeling faint / dizzy

Ftm 27 weeks. I've been feeling very faint and dizzy today. Almost passed out while washing  dishes and showering. I'm not used to feeling it this bad. Is this normal at this point? Anyone else experience  this?

Thanks ladies!I have always had low blood pressure but My blood pressure  is currently  pretty low it is 90 over 51. And it does happen when I'm too hot. Feeling better today though!

I get like that all the time. I can't go a single day without feeling like I'm going to pass out. I have low blood pressure as it is and being pregnant made that a thousand times worse. Make sure to check your blood pressure. If u feel light headed sit down immediately. Make sure there is plenty of salt in your diet. If it gets worse call the doctor.

You need to rest more. Drink more. It may be due to anemia when the baby grows bigger. The blood diluted. Try not to sit or stand for too long as this causes blood clotting.

I've had some days like that too. Try to keep your blood sugar up. Drink plenty of fluids. Rest. Don't over exert. Put your head below your hips if it gets too bad before you pass out.

It is normal. I felt that same way today and I'm 25 weeks and 4 days. Just take it easy. Stay in bed or on the couch so you don't fall...
