First Pregnancy!!!

Hi Moms, I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and guess what, it was positive! I've never been pregnant before and my first dr appt isn't until monday. I'm just curious if the symptoms i'm having are normal, and if I am approx 2 1/2 to 3 weeks late, how long have I been pregnant? I'm experiencing headaches, extreme fatigue, mood swings, cramps and hunger. Also a week ago today, my fiance and I went on a date and I had 4 alcoholic drinks, will my baby be okay? Also any tips on what I should be doing right away to ensure mine and my babies health. Thanks moms. :)

No certain types of fish that has mercury. Drink lots of water. Take prenatal vitamins everyday. And if you don't get morning sickness don't be worried your one of the lucky women lol. And if you experience light pink or dry brown blood within a few weeks its normal its implantation bleeding and cramps go along with that too. But if you have clots and heavy bleeding either call your OB or go to the ER. Down the line heartburn will get to you lol and peeing alot through out your pregnancy. Swollen feet and legs. Not being able to sleep at night lol it's alot to look forward 2. Best of luck to you :) and congrats.

Usually doctors determine how far along you are by the first day of your last menstrual period, but there's not an exact due date until your first ultrasound. As for the alcohol, I have a friend who got very, very drunk before she found out she was pregnant and she now has a very healthy baby boy. Just got to lay off the drinks for a long time now. Congratulations!
