Saltines and ginger ale, for morning sickness .. and gummy bears/worms for taste. ( JIC you puke ) , also benidril and Tylonahol and tylonahol pm are the 2 safest meds you can take daily if need be ALSO if you get an yeast infection monistat 7 ( the 7 day cream treatment ) is the best and safe to use ( use it right before bed so that way your sleeping with it and it don't fall out in to your undies )

Ginger pills or tea for nausea. High fiber diet because you will get constipation at some point lol The first trimester is that worst so just stay positive and get lots of rest! (: congrats
