First baby worried

Alright I'll be 12 weeks this Tuesday and lately I've been feeling like I don't have the baby anymore. Like my mind is making me eat so much. Idk maybe I'm worrying for nothing but other tab feeling hungry all the time and occasionally headaches, sleepiness, and stomach pains, I feel normal. I'm scared I lost my child. Please someone reassure me...

I am 10 weeks and I worry all the time because I felt different a few weeks ago.. but I have not gotten sick once and my hunger is up and down... I have been told this is normal and everyone's different and everyone's symptoms are as well
Unless you have painful cramps and bleeding there is nothing to worry about I serious worry a lot like what if and stuff but I try to tell myself it's gonna be ok..
Relax it's okay :)

Try not to worry. When I was 17 weeks I didn't feel pregnant at all. No sleepiness, no nausea, nothing. But I am now 35 weeks with a healthy baby boy. You should be fine. Just relax. It will be alright you are about to enter your second trimester, the easiest pert of pregnancy, enjoy it.
