If you can stand them get some protien shakes to have when you cant eat but need the nutrition. Try small protien filled meals to keep your energy up through out the day. An apple with peanut butter, or crackers with peanut butter etc. Whatever you can keep down. Popsicles help with morning sickness, ginger ale or sprite, hard candies sometimes help.
I had to take pills that dissolved on my tongue... Because I would throw up the pill
try eating pickles, soup , or crackers. and drinking ginger ale , that helps with nausea . if its really bad then tell your doctor , they might give you some pills to take for it
No suggestions there... I was sick for the first 4 months... My doctor was worried because I was losing weight rather than gaining weight. For the most part I just had salteen crackers. I was nauseous... Throwing up and I had no appetite. Now I'm 18 weeks and my appetite is mostly back and my weight is where it was when I found out I was pregnant. Just try to find something to eat and try to stay hydrated. Watermelon was good for me... Not too gross if I threw up... It helped me stay hydrated.
Setting a doctors appt is the first thing on my list come Monday morning..As for the eating thing I have no appetite, everything stinks and nothing tastes right..I have to force myself to eat but that doesn't last long because I end up getting nausea and not being able to eat..Any suggestions for this?
Schedule a doctors appointment. Buy prenatals... No caffeine... No alcohol or drugs (obviously)... And then just eat and be healthy.
