Hot bath or water bottle. You could also try getting a pregnancy pillow, they are great for giving you extra support and more comfort at night

I always do a tylenol & a warm bath or shower. Sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. When I was around 18w I did a lot of what I can only describe as a yoga pose ... sitting on your knees and lean foreword stretching your arms in front of you. I hope you start feeling better.
