This is a little embarrassing to ask but im a first time soon to be mom nd have to kno if its normal to pee yourself? Im 26 weeks nd this is the second time its happened idk if I should be worried aboit it or not

Haha ohhh yes. I sneezed while wearing a dress and a little trickled down my leg. So embarrassing LOL! I said "you have GOT to be kidding me!", but it totally cracked me up!

Do some keggals.. it shouldn't just be slipping out like that... keggals exercises help tighten up..and control your pee. I only pee a Lil if I sneeze.. and that's rarely. . Lol

sometimes you just can't keep it in lol, I've peed on myself putting my 3 year old on the potty. i just couldn't make it to the other bathroom in time.

Did you literally pee yourself, or you woke up and there was what you thought to be pee there?

If you are completely sure you peed yourself, I think you're fine.  But if you don't know then I'd go to the Dr to find out if everything is okay.  

If it helps, I pee myself when I sneeze.

Pee pee ? Or just a lil? Are you trying to hold it to long? I have peed a lil couphing or sneezing but never full on trickle down leg pee. Your baby could be right an bladder....
