I worked out a lot before I got pregnant and had about a 3 month break before I found out I was pregnant. My weight has relatively remained the same at 150. I am 12 weeks and I want to try and keep my weight gain at 15 pounds or less. My normal calorie intake to maintain a deficit for weight loss is around 1400 calories. Maintenance is around 1800. My question is since I'm pregnant what would the appropriate amount of calories to keep myself from gaining extra pounds but have the baby getting it's needs met. The would also need to include for exercise 5 days a week.
