I asked by doctor/midwife the same thing, and I mentioned Kool-aid. She said that Kool-aid doesnt really have an affect, or benefit for both you and the baby, so its okay to drink. I have a chronic history of UTI's So she told me not to drink it because of all the sugar. But if your not someone with a history of them, I assume it would be safe to drink, along with milk and water. Give you a little more of a variety. Congrats on your pregnancy.

Ive been told to limit my juice intake to a small glass a day and told to drink mostly milk and water as much as possible but anything that says 100% juice should be good
