Food poisoning

Food poisoning while pregnant has to be the most uncomfortable thing in the world!! I've been throwing up and going to the bathroom non stop since last night! I'm so raw from using the restroom that every time I go I cry cuz it hurts so bad! Please tell me you ladies have some tips that might help!!!!!!!!!!

You could put Vaseline on as a barrier so it doesn't hurt so bad

Ugh I know. I had food poisoning for a couple days. It's terrible. Drink gatorade and eat soup. Hope you feel better :)

Clean urself with water when u use the restroom so it can sooth what's raw. I was like that for two weeks.
