For already moms

How hard was it to lose the baby weight? Be honest. For some it never happens but for others it seems to happen pretty quick with hard work

I gained 68 lbs with my first and it took me about 3 years to lose 63 of it and then I got pregnant again(19weeks) and so far I have only gained 8lbs because I am really trying not to gain a crazy amount of weight again. I also have this hanging skin on my stomach because the amount of weight I gained.

If you're breastfeeding and not eating junk food, a walk in the park. I lost 30 lbs almost right away and they just kept coming off. But my baby was waking up every hr to nurse so I wasn't really eating. Once I switched to formula and as she got older, I didn't have time to really cook healthy meals so mcdonalds kinda became my personal chef. Ew I know. But I've stopped loosing weight. I didn't gain any back but I haven't lost anymore. So as long as you stay eating health and do a little bit of exercise everyday if you can handle it (I was out of commission for more than 6weeks) you'll drop weight like nothing.

Before my son I was around 100 pounds, I'm 5'2. I gained around 142. The day I had him I went to 112. About a week later I was back to 102. I been actually trying to gain. Same with this pregnancy I'm all baby (only gained weight in my belly area). I desperately want to gain wait. It took my mom three kids to gain even now in her 40s she's only 140. So I give up because this is my last baby

I gained 45 horrible lbs with my daughter. I'm 5 ft even so putting a lot of weight on my small frame was awful on me. I was 130 when I got pregnant and delivered at 175. I lost 10lbs immediately after birth, 8lbs being my daughter, and after almost a year of hard work, I only managed to get down to 145 :/. I dieted, excercised, and even breast fed the first 3 months. Every woman is different. I'm now due in less than 3 weeks and I've gained about 25lbs with my son and I'm hoping the weight falls off quickly after I have him. the weight gain is so worth the end result though. I love my daughter and my son is also already my life. Just stay motivated and don't get discouraged if the weight doesn't come off as quick as you'd like. That's where I messed up.

I gained 50lbs while pregnant with my first went from 140 to 190 and after I had him I went to 165 and stayed that way for 6 years. The smallest I've been since having him was 150 but went back to 165 after I left my bf for two months and was depressed.
