Freaking headaches!

They come often and I'm starting to feel like it doesn't take much to set one off! Last night, the smoke alarm I'm my apartments was going off for more them an hour! I had to call the fire department myself just to have them turn the damn thing off! That started a headache that was still there when I woke up! Just when it started to go away, my brother ((who's been bumming around on my couch)) was being dressed to see his little gf and sprayed half a bottle of cologne on himself and made the headache worse! Ughh... Trust me, I could go on but it would probably make the headache even worse! ((haha)) anyways, any remedies to make these hellish episodes vanish?

@jessiebaby your soooo lucky their calming down! But sorry about the kidney stones! My hubby has them so I know how bad they get
&& @nikihans I drink plenty of water too. Caffeine doesn't help. Naps don't help. It's miserable! I honestly, just do my best to ignore them but it's not easy!

I've been waking up with headaches for the past week and they come and go all day. My doc suggests more water, a cup off coffee, Tylenol, and/or a nap. The nap part is out of the question when I work 50 hours a week, and I drink tons of water, but coffee seems to do the trick and Tylenol when the coffee isn't doing it.

I know I hate taking pills too. I take 2 once a week that's it. Only time I took anything heavier or more often was when I was in the hospital 2 weeks ago and got out bc of kidney stones with an infection. My headaches are now calming down though so I don't really get them that much anymore and I'm now 26+5

I get a headache and I can ease it with tylenol but ill have it for at least a week straight uugghh
