Freaking myself out.

So, at my visit to the hospital they noticed a was a little low on amniotic fluid. Not dangerously low though. I think 3-4mm less than average. Of course though I'm scaring myself thinking the first. I'm 17+5. Please, I need some success stories. All I'm reading are the sad ones and I can't handle it anymore. I know im not 18-24 but this forum tends to get more traffic.

My Dr told me to watch my salt, so no potato chips, or French fries or ice cream. Ice cream has alot of salt in it too. She also said nothing to drink but water milk juice and tea, everything else has salt in it. My fluid was a little low last time I went when I was 21 weeks. I'm 23 weeks now and my fluid is ok.

Drink A LOT of water! And if u are an active person try to slow down and sleep on ur left side. Eat lots of veggies and fruits that are high on water volume. I wouldnt worry to much about it. If u drink as much water as u can it should help. Theres been lots of success story but google loves to freak pregnant women out.
