My contractions are 4 min apart and have been for 45 minutes now!!! I'm gonna give it a few more minutes then go to the hospital!! I'm a ftm so.I'm freakin out!

just remember to stay as active as you can for as long as you can and this will help you pregress even quicker, and rest and relax after each contraction, dont forget to breathe and also keep hydrated :)

Lmao!! I am 3.5 cm and contracting every 3 min! Sheeeew this is quite painful! Lol

Remember the best way to push is as if your taking a dump and trying to push out a huge ****.lol it sounds crazy but its Very helpful advice I wish I had when I had my first child!
