SOME cravings can be a sign of iron deficiency. Like craving Ice 24/7 can be a sign. But something like wendys chicken nuggests isnt. Cravings are very normal during pregnancy but not everyone gets them so you just may be lucky. ;) I personally crave Greek Gyros now and im 23 weeks no issues.

Never heard of it being a lack of iron im 33weeks and my iron has been great since the beginning of my pregnancy actually I haven't had any issues.

Lately I have been craving Ice cream, and I'm not a big fan of it lol. Oreo McFlurry cookie dough and more lol :D
