Im 38weeks and i was checked today and of course im still 3cm and 70% but im getting induced next week because ive had some complications with this pregnancy. My appointment was at 2 this afternoon, its now 10:26pm and ive got brownish red mucus coming out. Is this from getting checked ?? It just seems late to be seeing that several hrs after my appointment

With my first son i lost my mucus plug right after an.appt and still had to be induced. With this baby ive lost mucus here and there,lol. They normally say the yucky mucus can be from being checked but i woke up this morning with that nasty yellow mucus

It may be some of ur mucus plug. U may go into labor before then but I wouldnt worry too much. If it keeps happening I would call the doc

That happened to me after an appt, it helped me go into labor. It might not be from the checkup but happining naturally maybe u will be in labor shortly.
