i drink water too but ive read that too much sodium is bad

My doctor only told me not to drink it because I had high blood pressure and sodium can cause high blood pressure. But I was put on a strict no sodium diet. I think as long as your blood pressure is okay you should be fine.

Haha of ppl tell you you can't drink gatorade because it's high in sugar and sodium, you'd have to take a lot off of the list of things you're allowed to eat. gatorade is fine.

My daughter only gets Gatorade during tball games :) and she has zero cavities lol that's an accomplishment in itself considering I have to hold her down and brush her teeth myself ;) I drank lots of Gatorade with my second because I was so hot during the summer.

Oh it's one but be careful with it because the number one cause for kids cavities and rotting teeth nowadays isn't from soda it's from Gatorade. Parents and schools think its healthier so they load kids up with it. Just go easy on it and keep your teeth nice an clean : ) (mother is a dental assistant)

Gatorade was all I drank my first trimester. My doctor said it was ok.

Why did they say it was bad? When I had horrible morning sickness my first trimister my doctor said to drink Gatorade bc its easier to keep down then water
