I have my GD test on the morning, but I can't find the paper they gave me and can't remember all the rules that go along with it other than don't eat anything with sugar...?

My doctor told me not to eat anything with sugar also but you can eat other stuff like eggs and toast or something maybe some Turkey Bacon. That's crazy to not eat anything 8hrs prior I wouldn't be able to do that.

I couldn't eat an hour before my appointment. It said to try and avoid carbonated drinks and food that was high in sugar. That's about it. I followed that, and ended up passing easily.  Good luck, you can always call your doctor and ask for the instructions too. :)
