There are a lot of great blogs I found on pinterest for nutrition after baby. I'm in the same position as you. I'm only 25 weeks and I've already gained 50 lbs. Even though I'm eating healthy I keep packing on the lbs. Just try to keep active after you have baby and eat clean.

In pretty sure you can't diet but maybe stock up on healthy snacks like fruit that's easy to grab and go. Then walking an hour a day 3-4 days a week. So like walk the mall or grocery store or what not :)
