Gallbladder disease causing miscarriage

Hello everyone, I am currently thirteen weeks pregnant after two pervious 1st trimester miscarriages a few years back, (No live births yet). Back in September of this year i had a HIDA scan done that showed my gallbladder to functions at zero percent meaning basically when i eat i get really bad stomach pains and nausea. We scheduled surgery for October 28th but i found out i was pregnant two weeks before so we canceled the surgery, Now since about week nine of my pregnancy the nausea has gotten increasingly worse along with the belly pain and back pain where my gallbladder is located, but i was not vomiting yet, We went for our eleven week appointment and the doctor found the baby's heartbeat right away with the Doppler at around 155BPM, I went back last week at 12 weeks due to  UTI and again she found the baby's heartbeat right away at 140BPM, Well on Christmas eve around 1:30AM i ate some lasagna then feel asleep on the couch I woke up around three thirty to go to bed and felt really nausea, by 4:30Am i had vomited, after that I have continuously felt sick and uncomfortable and have a hard time keeping food down so around 1:00Am  last night i went to the E.R they started me on a IV and took blood work the E.R nurse came in to listen with the Doppler but couldn't find the baby's heartbeat after several minutes by this time i was freaking out even though she said she was inexperienced with the Doppler, She kept finding my heartbeat instead :( So the E.R doctor brought in a ultrasound machine and blantly said if they cant find the baby i will He did a abdominal ultrasound and there was the baby moving all around which he said was a good sign, but he only saw the heartbeat for a few seconds and said the baby had its back to us so im still freaking out and cant get a hold of my O.B till Monday due to the  holiday. After all that the ER doctor told me to just eat lightly as i could and drink plenty of fluids and consult with my doctor about possibly taking the gallbladder out during my 2nd trimester, But im so scared has anyone ever heard of someone miscarrying due to gallbladder disease, should i be worried that the babys heartbeat was hard to find last night Im just so scared, anyone with advice please help!!!!

Seems like you shouldn't worry. The baby was moving around and its heart is beating. I would follow the doctor's order until your next appt with your OB.
