My doc said I can take 2 every 4-6 hours. Also could be caused by dehydration so keep your fluids up.

You needs to check your blood pressure, can you go to a walmart or grocery store with the free blood pressure cuffs? Your blood pressure may be high, which would be why tylenol hasnt worked well. Do you have spots in your vision, dizzyness, lightheadedness or nausea? If you answere yes to at least two ofthose things you need to call your doctor and see if they want you to go to Labor & Delivery, because it could be idications of gestational hypertensia, or pre eclampsia.

Tylenol is safe for pregnant women. Drink more water. Are they tension headaches?
