Gestational diabetes??

Im worried that im going to fail my 3 hour test because I made sure to fast and only drink water before my 1hour test and still failed it doing everything right by like 36 points. If I do fail the 3 hour test what happens next? Im so worried ill have to get a million shots and I hate needles. Id do what I had to but its still scary. Any stories or advice from anyone whos gone through this would be great help.

Yea I know what you mean but even that you have to cut down...everything in smaller portions...and they might give you an u/s towards the end to see how big baby is but every Dr is different

I had it my last pregnancy and this pregnancy...I am controlling it with diet so the only needle I see is the one that I ***** my fingers with to test my sugar...I have to test 4 times a day...fasting and than 2hrs after breakfast lunch and dinner...its not as bad as people think I mean yes it ***** esp if you have a sweet tooth but if you are able to control it with diet alone that's awesome and I know some women fail miserable at their 1 hr and pass with flying colors at the 3 hr...so don't get yourself all worried love until you know for sure...if you need someone to talk to message me anytime you want :))
