If you don't have an exercise ball then bounce on the edge of the bed or something.
if you relax it should start up, your body knows when you're ready. I usually get a cup of chamomile tea and go sit in a peaceful room and then 2 hours later I have my baby. have 3 kids and one on the way:)
I've been losing my bloody show and called when a big clot came out And was told not to worry and to come in when contractions start. So now SO and i have been dtd a lot and I bounce on an exercise ball constantly. Labor still seems to be so far away..
