Getting Pregnant.

I'm trying to get pregnant again, I was pregnant when I was 14 then when I got 8 months my daughter was born premature but when I had her the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck so she died now its hard for me to get pregnant again I've been trying with my fiance` for 8 months now.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Alright sorry to ask but when you said 14 I had to make sure you were an adult.

First off..I am so, so sorry for your loss. i can't even imagine how hard that was.

Secondly...do you have regular cycles? Have been been tracking when you ovulate?

Its alright, it was very tragic for me at first but now I'm started to accept it.

I was supposed to be on my menstral last week and I didn't start it til last night but I've just been spotting and I've been getting cramps but not as bad as usual.
Yes I have been tracking when I ovulate.

Hmm...how long are your cycles, and do you know about how far into your cycle you ovulate?

For even a couple with no fertility issues it can take a year or more to conceive...there's only a 25% chance of conception with every cycle, even if you time everything right.

So don't lose hope!!! Sometimes all you have to do is try, try again. Have you been to the OB/GYN for a check-up to make sure everything is ship-shape?
